Dameliya’s main focus since 2006 has been on public and non-public capital market transactions such as IPOs, secondary offerings, stock exchange listings, dual listings, block trades, buy-back programs, and private placements on both domestic and international stock exchanges and markets, including the London Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. Additionally, Dameliya has been working on various large and medium-scale Mergers & Acquisitions transactions across a variety of sectors.
Dameliya holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from KIMEP University (Almaty, Kazakhstan), and an MSc in Global Banking and Finance from the European Business School (London, UK).

Stefan Scholz
Stefan Scholz is a senior investment banker with more than 27 years of experience in banking, particularly capital market transactions such as IPOs on numerous international stock exchanges with Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and JPMorgan, and complex M&A transactions. Stefan has been advising clients across Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Central Asia, covering a diverse array of industry sectors including agriculture, banks and financial services, construction materials, oil & gas, metals & mining, software, technology, telecommunication, and transportation.
Additionally, Stefan was a long-standing member of the International Advisory Board to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the regulation of activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty (RFCA), and served as the appointed Representative for the National Export & Investment Agency on behalf of the Ministry for Investment and Development for all investments and investors from across the European Union, Switzerland and Norway into Kazakhstan.
Stefan studied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany), as an Erasmus scholar at the University of Leicester (UK), and holds a full-time MBA from the Henley Management College (UK).

Aizhan is an experienced project and business manager with more than 15 years of experience in international firms such as Deloitte and Renaissance Capital.
Aizhan gained professional experience in the management of complex projects, targeting prospective investors and investor communication, transaction execution and due diligence in various sectors, including financial services, metals and mining, oil and gas, and logistics.
Aizhan holds a Bachelor degree in Foreign Languages from the University of International Relations (Almaty, Kazakhstan), a Master in Finance from “Turan” University (Almaty, Kazakhstan), MSc in Management from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (Almaty, Kazakhstan) and diploma on Change Management from Paris Diderot University (France).
